Very nice and rare 1966 Sunbeam Alpine 1725. This Sunbeam is a real driver’s car. The car is completely rust free and is painted in the original British Racing Green color. The car is still in its original paint, the paintwork has some imperfections all around after almost 60 years. The overall condition of the car is okay. The sheet metal all fits fine. The technology is fine, the car has had proper maintenance, with all fluids, filters, water pump, spark plugs and gaskets replaced. The carburetors were recently overhauled and the choke mechanism repaired. Touching the key is enough to make the delightful 1725 CC engine hum. Driving, shifting, braking the Sunbeam obviously all does fine. Under the hood it all looks clean, fresh and well maintained. The car has neat original black vinyl seats, a Moto Lita steering wheel and a neat black carpet set with matching door panels. A black vinyl soft top or a black vinyl tonneau cover close the cockpit, should it ever drip. A Sunbeam is becoming a rarity, somewhat unheard of but a lot scarcer than an MG or Triumph. Who is going to be the one to re-pamper this Sunbeam?
