A beautiful original Dutch Triumph Spitfire 1500. This red Spitfire dates from the late 1970s, 1978 to be exact. It is a fantastic driver’s car with a neat appearance, a beautiful classic from the 70s. The paint is clean and looks fresh and sporty, especially when combined with the original houndstooth upholstery, black vinyl soft top and hood cover. The car has a particularly nice and rust-free appearance. The interior is clean, the seats are nice and solid, the door panels and carpeting are all in the same black color. This Spitfire has a nice wood dashboard and a leather sport steering wheel. The technology works as it should. The car sat idle for about a year and a half before we rescued it. We got everything running again, the engine and transmission just had a full service and are in good condition. The car runs perfectly. The chassis is very solid and rust free. The car needs some attention from the new owner; the handyman might want to freshen up the engine compartment and address the brakes. Who wants a sporty British classic at a bargain price?
